Yes, directly out the front is a bus stop. The north bound bus stop number is 12394 – Villanova Street most of the buses originate from the Whitfords Train station, The south bound stop number is 12315 – East Road most of these buses originate from Joondalup Train station. The current bus numbers that service these stops are 352, 389, 450, and 468.
Yes, we have parking out the front and if that if full there is overflow in the businesses car parks next door. We are have parking at the rear and our back door is always open.

Yes, as we will only have a limited number of positions per hour bookings are highly recommended as walk in’s will only be able to be accommodated if there are free places. If you don’t want to pay immediately, please call and email and we can book you in so you can pay on arrival.
There is no age limit, but all jumpers under 4 must have a full paying adult jumping with them. The reason for this is because most children under 4 will not listen to staff and letting them jump on their own with other ages can cause accidents. Any exemptions to this rule is at the discretion of the manager on duty at the time.
Yes, the weight limit is 120 kg. It is highly recommended that anyone over 100 kg that doesn’t exercise regularly, seek medical advice before participating.
Yes, safety is our highest priority and it is the main job for our floor crew. Everyone that is participating must listen to the floor crew otherwise your will be taken out of your jump time without a refund.
Please book by ringing or email, then you can pay by cash or EFTPOS on arrival.
If it is greater than 24hrs before your dedicated time slot we can give you a credit for future use. If it is less than 24hrs your booking is non-refundable or transferrable.
We recommend you arrive at least 15 mins before, this allows time to check in and stretch before your allocated time.
Yes you may, we can cater for birthday parties at request as well.
We recommend loose clothing, jumping on a trampoline is a work out much like going to the gym. Please don’t wear any clothing that has metal studs or sharp bits as we may deny you entry to the trampoline area.
The loyalty card can be used for general admission only – It can’t be used with any other deal (e.g. coupon, scoopon) and it can’t be used for Birthday parties.
