Term 2 2021 Class Schedule

Term 2 2021 begins on the 19th April 2021

Kindy Parkour – Ages 3-5 not attending school full time, this class is based around games and fun play. Designed to get kids to listen, increase their confidence, have fun and make friends. Kids will learn obstacle manoeuvring, climbing, rolling, balancing, and landing techniques. We will also do our best to wear them out. Each class consists of 35 minutes of lessons followed by 15 minutes of free time to help burn off any extra energy .

Home school Parkour – Children that are home schooled aged 5 and up, these are parkour classes offered earlier in the day when public school is normally in session designed for students in the home school community. These classes are a combination of Parkour basic and Parkour 1 skills. Each class consists of 45 minutes of lessons, there is free time to help burn off any extra energy

Parkour Fun – Children attending school ages 5-6 that have not done any instructional sport before. With the guidance of our coaches students will help students learn bilateral movement, balance, group social skills, and the basics of parkour.  Each class consists of 45 minutes of lessons followed by 15 minutes of free time to help burn off any extra energy

Parkour Basic – Starting point for 6-10 years old, or children who have progressed from Parkour fun. This class is to teach the fundamentals of parkour. This class will consist of parkour games, stretching, obstacle courses and strength exercises. All designed to increase agility, balance, coordination, upper body strength and core strength. At this stage it’s essential they develop multiple skill sets, and we do this in a fun and challenging, well structured environment. Each class consists of 45 minutes of lessons followed by 15 minutes of free time to help burn off any extra energy.

Parkour 1 – Starting point for children 11 and older, or for anyone who has progressed from Parkour basic level. This class will consist of parkour games, stretching, obstacle courses and strength exercises. All designed to increase agility, balance, coordination, upper body strength and core strength. At this stage they develop advanced skill sets, and we do this in a fun and challenging, well structured environment, they build on what they learnt in Parkour basic and combine movements. Each class consists of 50 minutes of lessons followed by 10 minutes of free time to help burn off any extra energy.

Parkour 2 – For anyone who has progressed from Parkour 1. This class will consist of parkour games, stretching, Parkour focused training and strength exercises. All designed to increase agility, balance, coordination, upper body strength and core strength. At this stage they will be completing advanced skill sets, and carving our their own parkour journey. Each class consists of 60 minutes of lessons.

Parkour Free and Adult classes – These classes are for those 16+ or students under this age that have been invited to attend. These classes are run in an adult learning environment, usually focusing on a particular skill each week. Also learning some free running skills.

Class costs are :

Casual/Trial Classes – $25 per class, payable on arrival

Direct Debit ( EzyPay)$19 per class
$29 for 2 classes per week
$39 for 3 classes per week
$49 for 4 classes per week
