Parkour Classes

What is it?

A holistic training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. The aim is to get from A to B in the most efficient way possible. They do this using only their bodies and their surroundings to propel themselves; furthermore, they try to maintain as much momentum as is possible in a safe manner. Parkour can include obstacle courses, running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and the like, depending on what movement is deemed most suitable for the given situation.

Monday

4.00pm to 5.00pm –  Parkour Fun – 45 Mins
5.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Parkour Basic – 45 mins
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Parkour 1 – 1 hour session

Tuesday

4.00 pm to 5.00 pm –  Parkour Basic – 45 mins
5.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Parkour 1 – 1 hour session
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Parkour 2  – 1 hour session
6:30 pm to 8.00 pm – Parkour Free  – 1.5 hour session ( Adults can attend)

Wednesday

10.00am – 12.00pm – Homeschool Classes, Contact us for information

4.00 pm to 5.00 pm – Parkour Basic – 45 mins
5.00 pm to 6.00 pm –  Parkour Basic – 45 mins
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Parkour 1 – 1 Hour session
7pm to 8.00 pm – Parkour 2  – 1 hour session ( Adults can attend)

Thursday

9.00am – 12.00pm – Homeschool Classes, Contact us for information

Friday

7.00 pm to 8.00 pm – Parkour 2  – 1 hour session ( Adults can attend)

Saturday

8.00 am to 9.00 am – Parkour Fun – 45 Mins
9.00 am to 10.00 am – Parkour Basic -45 mins
10.00 am to 11.00 am – Parkour 1  – 1 hour session

20 student’s per class except Parkour Fun which only takes 15

All classes must be enrolled in, you can’t just show up

Class run 52 weeks a year, except public holidays ( Just Jump closes for 2 weeks at Christmas)

Classes may change without notice, most likely to different grades.

Casual Attendance is available if the class isn’t booked out.

Below is a list of the skills for each class. Children between 5 and 7 will start in Parkour Fun, Anyone 8 and older will start in Parkour Basic. The instructors will decide to move them between classes after they have attended at least one class.

Minimum age is 5
