Parkour Classes

What is it?

A holistic training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. The aim is to get from A to B in the most efficient way possible. They do this using only their bodies and their surroundings to propel themselves; furthermore, they try to maintain as much momentum as is possible in a safe manner. Parkour can include obstacle courses, running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and the like, depending on what movement is deemed most suitable for the given situation.

Tuesday

4.00 pm to 5.00 pm –  Parkour Basic – 45 mins – Fully Booked
5.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Parkour 1 – 45 mins – Fully Booked
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Parkour 2  – 1 hour session – Fully Booked
7.00 pm to 8.00 pm – Parkour 2  – 1 hour session

Wednesday

4.00 pm to 5.00 pm – Parkour Basic – 45 mins – Fully Booked
5.00 pm to 6.00 pm –  Parkour Basic – 45 mins – Fully Booked
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Parkour 1 – 1 Hour session – Fully Booked

7.00 pm to 8.00 pm – Adult Parkour (18+ Only) Beginner Casual sessions

Thursday

4.00 pm to 5.00 pm – Parkour Basic – 45 mins – Fully Booked
5.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Parkour 1 –  1 hour session – Fully Booked
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Parkour 1 – 1 hour session
7.00 pm to 8.00 pm – Parkour 2  – 1 hour session

Friday

4.00 pm to 5.00 pm – Parkour 1 – 1 hour session – Fully Booked
5.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Parkour Basic -45 mins – Fully Booked
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Parkour 1  – 1 hour session
7.00 pm to 8.00 pm – Parkour 2  – 1 hour session

Price $180 for an 10 week class ($18 a class and depends on the length of the school term)

12 student’s per class except Parkour Fun which only takes 10

Registration is not automatic, if you are a current student you must re-enrolled or you will miss out.

These classes start from the first week back after school holidays

Classes may change without notice, most likely to different grades.

$50 deposit is required on booking and the remainder in the first 6 weeks of the term

Casual Attendance is available if the class isn’t booked out.

Casual or trial sessions are $20.

Below is a list of the skills for each class. Children 7 and under will start in Parkour Fun, Anyone 8 and older will start in Parkour Basic. The instructors will decide to move them between classes after they have attended at least one class.
